Don Clippinger is an engineer and business manager by schooling and has had a career as a leader in technology, product, and operations management, as well as business development. Don is very active in mentoring, and ‘giving back’ to the community.

Michelle “MJ” Jones, MA, SHRM-SCP, is a human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, training & development, strategic planning, and business advising. Jones has primarily served organizations as Department Head or Senior Consultant, but enjoys working as a Team Player.

Ashley Lumm moved to Chicago about six years ago and has volunteered through various programs. Her inspiration to serve comes from her mom, who is a director of a pregnancy center, and when the Goldie‘s Place opportunity came up, she knew it was the perfect way to follow in her footsteps and give back.

Sadie McGraw is one of our most active and passionate volunteers. She joined the Associate Board in 2013, recruited numerous wonderful AB members, became the President of the AB, and co-chaired several successful events including our biggest single fundraising event ever with the 2015 Fall event.

Tim Pire took the same route to work every day for more than a decade, and always saw the same people on the street, year after year. He helped them often, but realized they would always be there. He was drawn to Goldie’s Place because we give a hand up, not a hand out.

Ben Warsinske recently moved from Hawaii to Chicago. He is certified in Six Sigma and has strategic planning experience. He’ll be looking for ways to streamline everything from our employment program to pizza-ordering. In his own words, “I am excited to get involved with the community in Chicago and work towards an amazing cause that helps change lives.”
